In January I took on a really big project for a brand new client. The work was to produce 19 very detailed, well-researched country guides to be used online.
The anticipated readership was US based real estate investment professionals.
The guides needed to include economic information, advice about legal matters pertaining to real estate acquisition and residency/citizenship, as well as up to date information about the investment environment locally.
Obviously it was important to ensure all material produced was accurate, and the client’s own editor required details of all research material that I utilised. Whilst it was important to communicate the relevant information in as positive a manner as possible to ensure it was accessible and ultimately read by site visitors, I was certainly not encouraged to gloss over any areas of concern.
The client’s site is a truly valuable resource now for anyone looking for real estate investment opportunities in the Caribbean and Latin American regions.
